1. Carriage charges in United Kingdom
The carriage options offered at the checkout are:
Collection in person – In stock items will be ready for
collection within the hour. You will be notified once your order is ready for
collection.
Express Delivery – 1-2 working days to mainland UK
only on orders received before 12:00pm
Orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Where there is a bank holiday the order will be delivered on the next working
day instead. Please note that express delivery is only possible if the goods
are in stock, we do not guarantee next day delivery, the carriage charge is a
subsidised charge to cover the cost of transport. Our website shows if items
are in stock and is updated daily at 00:00. However we do have occasional
errors on our computer system so for instant stock confirmation please contact
us on 01159458999 or email us sales@tlcelec.co.uk Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm.

3. Heavy, Long and Fragile Goods
These products are setup for collection only orders however we are more
than happy to discuss a possible carriage quote if we can. Please call us on

4. Direct Goods
We have an arrangement with some
manufacturers where the goods can be despatched by them direct to you for
mainland England. Orders outside of these areas (including the Scottish
islands, IOM, Scilly Isles, Ireland and the Channel Islands) are
subject to extra charges which we are happy to discuss if you call us on
